Cameron & Co has its origins in the historic market town of Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes, where Dan Cameron and Ailie Bishop opened the award-winning Cameron’s Kitchen in 2011.
Having built a reputation for our exquisite offering and masterful attention to detail, we pride ourselves on our passion for delivering outstanding service with our talented team of event planners, professional chefs and waiting staff.
Our innovative team of chefs will work with you to create bespoke and contemporary food and drink ideas whilst our event team’s creative approach and friendly, flexible and professional manner all come together to ensure your event is a success.
From a private tasting menu at home for your nearest and dearest, a feast style wedding for 200 to a breakfast grazing table for your office; if you’re looking to throw any sort of event, our team has the experience and know how to deliver your event just as you want it.
We have our own enviable black book of suppliers and, should you wish, can assist you at all stages of planning an event from sourcing a venue to providing a florist.

MEET THE TEAM
Head Chef and Owner
Having been the hostess with the mostess at Cameron’s for the last ten years, Ailie took the plunge to turn her passion for cooking into a career and studied at the world renowned Leiths School of Food and Wine, gaining a distinction in 2017. She has led an exciting and varied life post-Leiths gaining experience in michelin-starred restaurants, supper clubs, weddings, festivals and catered corporate and private events. Ailie particularly enjoys producing refined canapes and Ottolenghi- style feasts.
Growing up in West Africa, feasting on Banku, Red Red and grilled Tilapia fuelled Essel’s love of food, moving to London 20 years ago. Essel and Dan met whilst working at Mayfair restaurant, The Berkeley Square, twelve years later and Essel is still a key member of the Cameron’s team.
Executive Chef and Owner
Has over 18 years of experience in the catering industry, with a career spanning some of the best London restaurants, a MasterChef Professionals final and 11 years running his own restaurants. Gaining a wealth of experience along the way; learning the do’s and, more importantly, the don’ts when it comes to hospitality. Dan enjoys creating menus that focus on flavour, seasonality and quality British produce.

These two run the show if we’re not around and particularly enjoy taste testing any spares!
